Trained in five-star service standards, she honed her craft in prestigious hotels, private estates, and aboard mega yachts, where discerning clients expect fresh themes and styles each evening. Originally from Sydney, Australia, Melanie has called Palm Beach home since 2001, creating chic, elevated events that consistently delight. Mel loves to travel and finds relaxation and balance with yoga and snorkeling. The Fork - Michael Ober “Cheffee” is a German Master Chef whose 40-year career spans Europe’s top restaurants and hotels, where he earned a Michelin Star in Hamburg. He went on to serve as a head chef aboard some of the world’s most luxurious mega yachts, mastering diverse cuisines and dietary needs. His health-conscious, flavorful cooking — including his renowned low-sodium recipes — has been featured in Men’s Health magazine. Cheffee loves to travel, spending time in the water and riding his bike. Some of Cheffee’s menu favorites include Crostini with Duck Pastrami, Moroccan Chicken Skewers, Chateaubriand with his signature Black Sauce, and Malted Tiramisu.

Jaime is a seasoned culinary professional with over 15 years of experience; he brings a deep passion for food and a refined skill set honed through formal culinary training. Over the years he has worked in a wide variety of venues, including country clubs, resorts, gastropubs, and fine dining restaurants both abroad and along the East Coast. Originally from Colombia and now proudly calling Florida home for the past 20 years, Jaime infuses his culinary style with rich Latin flavors and Mediterranean influences while embracing global techniques. This diverse background allows him to create innovative, culturally inspired cuisine that excites and delights. Outside the kitchen, Jaime enjoys traveling, spending time at the beach, and relaxing with his dogs. Some favorite items on the Corks + Forks menu include the Lamb

Angel brings over 20 years of experience in Florida’s festival and event industry to her role as Director of Operations at Corks + Forks Catering. She oversees the logistics that make every event run seamlessly — from staff scheduling and vendor coordination to proposal refinement and client service — ensuring each gathering feels effortless and polished. Angel is passionate about details and problem-solving, streamlining systems so the team can focus on creating memorable experiences. From intimate dinner parties to large-scale corporate events, she makes sure every client feels supported and confident that everything is handled. Some of Angel’s menu favorites include the Peking Duck Wrap, Charcuterie Cones, and Cheffee’s Dark Chocolate Sea Salt Gourmet Cookies. After a big event, she enjoys relaxing with a glass of wine in front of her saltwater reef tank — her favorite way to recharge.
